Police in Trans Mara West Sub County are investigating an incident where a 33-year-old man was allegedly killed by his brother at their home in Enoretet village, Narok County.

The county police commander Riko Ngare said the two brothers were fighting over unknown issues when Leteipa Kipkuro (now deceased) was stabbed at the pelvic area by his brother Peter Kipkuro.

He was rushed to TransMara West Sub County Hospital in Kilgoris town where he was pronounced dead by the doctors due to excessive bleeding,

The body is preserved at Kilgoris Mission Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.

The police boss said that the suspect has been arrested together with the suspected murder weapon and is being interrogated before he is charged in court of law.
