Kirinyaga G7 activation summit that brings together female governors is currently underway at General Kaasam stadium in Kianyaga, Kirinyaga county.
The event provides a platform for governors to share success stories as well as championing for women leadership. Defence Cabinet secretary(CS) Soipan Tuya is among the guests attending the event. The CS who is one of few ladies to lead the defence docket.
The governors visited various health facilities and agricultural produce aggregation centers.
