Kalonzo brokers the re integration of Akamba into Gema community 

Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has announced that Akamba party has been re-integrated into Gema community.
Kalonzo announced the move after meeting with Kikuyu Council of Elders (KCE) led by its chairperson Wachira Kiago on Thursday.
“What has been done here is irreversible; G for Gikuyu, E for Embu M for Meru and A for Akamba. The  next step is a DECLARATION,” Kalonzo announced.
The Azimio La Umoja co principal is on a charm offensive mission to endear himself to Mt Kenya region and he is doing this by seeking for Agikuyu Akamba union and has in the past said the two communities would field one Presidential candidate.
Agikuyu and Akamba communities have never voted in one basket since Kalonzo has been driving his community into his party leader Raila Odinga’s basket.
After meeting with Agikuyu elders and being dressed in the Agikuyu attires, Kalonzo called on Kenya Kwanza government led by President William Ruto to intervene in bid to solve the doctors’ strike as Kenyans were suffering.
He urged the President to forfeit the budget for Chief Administrative Secretaries and pump the money to end the health workers’ strike.
He also called for the implementation of the National Dialogue Report (Nadco) without amendment claiming the report contained proposals that would contribute to the healing and cohesion of the Country.
Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua said the unity between Kamba and Agikuyu Community will be the game changer in political field which will strengthen and fuel the unity to the generations.
