PBOs urges youths to give government time to address their concerns

Demonstrations

The National Federation of Public Benefits Organisation (PBOs) has called upon Gen’Z to embrace dialogue for the sake of building synergy for sustainable future.

The Federation Council said dialogue is important as it will help in economic development of the country.

Speaking during a press briefing at the PBOs Office at Nyayo House building, Faith Karimi, a member of the Federation said the government has already taken action on some of the demands raised by Gen’Z among them dissolution of Cabinet by President William Ruto who has also chatted with them on X space.

She said the action taken by the President is an indication that government will take into consideration the issues they have raised hence they should give the government time to consider their grievances and stop the demonstrations.

“Jobs should be given to the youths who have experience, not all of them but at least some to represent other Gen’Z when it comes to job appointments,” said the Federation.
