The day witnessed almost all games decided on penalty shootouts for the primary games unlike the JSS where winners were decided on normal time. However, the chair Amagoro zone has urged the ministry to ensure medical equipment are available like ambulances and first aid drugs during the games as two casual injuries were reported with several minor injuries in the course of the day.

“Next time let’s make sure that nurses are near to help nurse the injuries rather than leaving the burden to the innocent parents and guardians, ” Emojong said.

The selected players to represent Amagoro zone in primary games will camp at Malaba Township Primary on Monday 15th before traveling for the subcounty competition the following day.
